Carol is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of CTF Life. She has over 15 years of experience in asset management for insurance companies and in private asset investment. She is responsible for leading the investment strategy for the investment portfolio of CTF Life and designing the investment operational and risk control framework. Prior to re-joining CTF Life, Carol was the Head of Investment Management of BOC Life, where she worked with key stakeholders within the BOC Group to accomplish investment strategies and implement ESG throughout the investment process as well as for the group-wide objectives. Before that Carol was the Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance (Overseas) overseeing the investment strategy of the USD 25 billion portfolio. Carol is an alternative investments specialist and has in-depth knowledge in investment legal and regulatory framework. She held directorships in several investee companies. She possesses Bachelor of Business Administration (Information Systems Management) from HKUST and Msc Investments from University of Birmingham, U.K. Carol is a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers Task Force on Green Insurance.
