Sijin Choi is a Sr Investment Officer of Private Equity in the newly formed Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) since October 2024. Sijin is responsible for investment selection for Private Equity in the APAC market on behalf of UBS’ Wealth Management and Asset Management client bases, covering Primaries, Secondaries and Co-investments selection in the region. Previously, Sijin was Team Lead of Private Equity APAC on behalf of UBS Asset Management, leading Primaries, Secondaries, and Co-investments across the region and stages. Prior to joining UBS Asset management in 2020, Sijin worked for Wilshire Associates as Head of Asia and Samsung Asset Management covering the US middle market with a focus on co-investments. He also has work experience in direct venture capital and M&A advisory.
